Our Services & Fees
We offer a range of services to ensure your projects runs smoothly from concept through to completion.
Essentially our role is to ensure your project runs smoothly, safely, within budget and on time so that you end up with the house you dreamed of at the outset. To achieve this we work closely with you to understand your ideas, priorities and expectations which will hopefully allow you to enjoy the experience too.
We have an extensive database of vetted and approved professionals, contractors and suppliers but are equally happy to work alongside any client appointed professionals, contractors and suppliers too.
We aim to keep our fee structure as open and competitive as possible and are open to agreeing a fee structure that suits your budget either as a fixed rate, a fixed fee or a percentage of cost but fundamentally whatever suits your requirements and budget.
Pre-start Project Co-ordination
- Co-ordinating with the design team to review the construction drawings
- Ensure any planning conditions have been addressed
- Advise on any Party Wall agreements
- Ensure Building Control and a Warranty Provider have been appointed
- Source and recommend appropriate contractors
Party Wall Agreements
- Advise on any party wall matters
- Ensure any party wall requirements are adhered to
Quantity Surveying
- Produce an initial Cost Plan (Build budget)
- Tender the various contracts and appointments
- Negotiate and appoint the preferred contractors
- Issue formal contracts to the successful contractors
Construction Phase Project Management
We will guide and support you throughout the whole process and will oversee the building works on your behalf. We will ensure the project is managed efficiently and safely whilst ensuring quality and attention to detail is meticulously maintained. To achieve this we recommend regular site visits at least once a week and will hold regular progress meetings with the Client, design team and contractors.

Contract Administration
- Review and agree contractor Payment Certificates and issue payment certificates
- Liaise with the design team and issue any instructions as necessary
- Agree any Contract variations and issue formal instructions
- Collate and issue any handover documentation
- Issue snagging list on completion
- Agree any retention release at the end of the defects liability period
We strongly recommend that any contract is between yourselves and the preferred contractor or supplier and that any payments are made by you directly to the contractor or supplier.
Renewable Energy Advice
We have a lot of experience in Renewable Energy products including Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Solar Panels, Battery Storage and MVHR systems and offer the following:
- Advise on the best renewable options for your project
- Design a renewable Energy Strategy to work alongside the M&E Design
- Tender and Appoint the appropriate suppliers
M&E Design
Working in conjunction with the Renewable Energy Strategy we
offer M&E Design to ensure that all mechanical and electrical
systems are integrated to work seamlessly and in harmony. This
includes:
- Plumbing Design
- Electrical Design
- Lighting Design
- Audio Visual
- Air Conditioning
- Whole house control system
Interior Design
We have partnered with 'Interiors by Aida', an award winning Design Studio based in Cobham, to offer Interior Design Services to our Clients. Please see link below for more information:
Self Build Help and Advice
Should you be Project Managing your own build we also offer help and support over the phone, via video call or in person.
If you need time away from your project we can assist in your absence.
If your project is 'distressed' due to a dispute with your contractor we can help or mediate.
