Our Property Project Managers hold Construction Management qualifications and have managed successful contracting companies in the past. Their knowledge and experience enables them to advise on construction methods, recommend contractors and suppliers to ensure your project is managed efficiently and safely whilst ensuring quality and attention to detail is meticulously maintained.

Engaging Samuel James Project Management puts you in control of the build process allowing you to appoint contractors and sub-contractors directly rather than being tied to a main contractor for the duration of your project. It also gives you far more flexibility over design and specification by allowing you to make changes and agree the specification as works proceed without paying a premium for any changes.

We can be engaged at any point in your House build programme and also have a lot experience advising on distressed projects or disputes with contractors. Generally our role will include (but not limited to) the following:

We will guide and support you throughout the whole process and will oversee the building works on your behalf. We will ensure the project is managed efficiently and safely whilst ensuring quality and attention to detail is meticulously maintained. To achieve this we recommend regular site visits at least once a week and will hold regular progress meetings with the Client, design team and contractors.

We believe it is imperative to form a positive relationship with our clients as this is a very personal appointment that comes with significant responsibility but is something we find very rewarding too.
